WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO PREVENT INJURIES?

Develop a powerful, injury-free team

It’s important to introduce proper training during pre-season, implement sport-specific workout plans and aim for your athletes to peak at ideal times during the season.  You might be asking, ‘How can that all be possible’?  At Elite Sports and Spine Chiropractic, we can help you develop a proper pre-season plan, implement sport-specific workout plans and help your athletes to perform at their peak during an appropriate time of the season.  Let us help you develop a powerful team by implementing pre-season and in-season workout plans.  Avoid injuries, too!

Establish a baseline

Another important aspect of injury prevention is baseline screening.  This includes sport performance testing and concussion screening.  Knowing an athletes level of sport performance prior to an injury can help to determine the severity of an injury and when it is safe to return to play.  This also holds true for concussion screening and evaluation.  At Elite Sports and Spine Chiropractic we strive to gather necessary pre-injury data on all team members.  Should an injury occur, this allows us to provide the best care to that athlete.
