I’ve been to other chiropractors, but nothing compares to the work that they do at Elite Sports and Spine. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, which makes it a great atmosphere. They show that they really care about their patients and the progress that they make. I personally have had an awesome experience with them! Elite has been a fantastic experience. I am so glad that I called Elite to help me get better following my car accident. The staff is very helpful and patient. They are willing to work around your schedule to get you into the office. I see them for both physical therapy and chiropractic. I have nothing but positive things to say about their doctors and support staff. They have a great gym for physical therapy and some really great machines to help with my back issues – the traction machine works wonders! Dr. Ellebruch, Dr. Merhaut, and Dr. Foreback are who I interacted with the most and they are the BEST. All were super nice and very concerned about getting me better. I like that they all were working together to have a treatment plan to help me get better. They made me feel as if I were their only patient and I know I was not. It was their goal every session to use techniques that would help my pain go away and teach me how to make my muscles stronger with specific stretches for long-term results.

Highly recommended for physical therapy and chiropractic services. I went to Elite for a knee surgery and left shoulder surgery. Dr Jessica was great with both injuries. Dr Jessica has a great personality and is very knowledgeable. I also seen Dr Merhaut for my neck that was also injuried. Dr Merhaut was amazing and helped me get back to being pain free. The office staff is great and very friendly. I highly recommend Elite.

I was in so much pain that I couldn’t walk. Even from the initial phone call they began to help me. Dr. K answered the call, answering all of my questions and taking the time to have a full conversation with me! I just started going to Elite a few weeks ago for knee pain caused by many years of running and teaching group fitness. After my first appointment, I was pain free for a week when prior to that it was bothering me during daily activities on a regular basis. I am impressed with the thoroughness the chiropractors have had with the assessment and treatment of my knee and all that is related to it. I would most definitely recommend Elite for anyone needing chiropractic.

Darren and his staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable in their field. It’s nice that work with a knowledge in athletics and understand how the body and muscles react to different types of sports. The care is focused around helping the person to become better and not have the issues that they originally experienced .I would highly recommend them, especially for someone experiencing issues from an athletic field .

Dr. Holmes and Dr. Keklak make for an exceptional team. Each doctor completed a meticulous evaluation. After said evaluation the doctors compared notes and developed a personalized treatment plan based on their combined deduction of my injury. I very much appreciate the feedback from both doctors as it’s almost like getting a second opinion. Their combined knowledge of not only the spine but of the entire muscle skeletal system makes them superior to other chiropractors. My treatment has included chiropractic adjustment, soft tissue work, k laser, and exercise. I’m on my way to a speedy recovery with such an aggressive treatment plan.

My first visit to Elite was great. First, the faculty is amazing and the staff was so nice. I have had neck and back issues for years and have seen several chiropractor, but was so impressed at how thorough the Elite folks were even before an adjustment. Dr Holmes did my adjustment and understood concerns about neck issues. Long story shorter, I walked in to the facility in a lot of pain and walked out standing straight and not hurting. The first day I walked into the office, I couldn’t even lay on the table because of severe back spasms. After only a few visits I haven’t had any spasms and am working to strengthen my back. After dealing with lower back pain, for over a month I decided to try this place out. I can’t believe how much better I feel after just a few sessions. After feeling no relief from a different chiropractor I went to previously, Dr.Holmes was able to pinpoint the cause of my problem and create a treatment plan that suited my needs. Unfortunately, physical therapy is not a fun experience as we try to get back to our old selves. The Elite Sports team has been very pleasant and professional during this process. Most importantly, having the one on one attention, with injury specific instruction and detailed reasoning to my rehab, is fantastic. Having had several surgeries and rehabs, this is no “cookie cutter” regiment like other facilities with little to no augmentations to daily programs. The sessions are very personalized and change daily as my body reacts to such changes, developments, or fallbacks. I truly feel these small attentions to detail will benefit me in the end and expedite the difficult process. I will certainly recommend Elite in the future to any family, friends, and athletes I coach, to regaining ones health or avoiding further injury. Great job!!!!

I had my first visit a week ago. I have been having issues with headaches. Dr. Holmes was very professional and took his time to understand how long I have been having headaches. He has educated me of all the causes of these headaches and given me exercises that will help with the effectiveness of the adjustments. I have had only had one week of treatment and I have had relief from the persistent tension headache. All staff was very nice and welcoming. I am very thankful to him.

Dr. Holmes ensures he explains the reason behind the pain you are experiencing as well as each step in your treatment process. When I was diagnosed with my problem I was told there is nothing anyone can do for me and the only thing that might help a little is a nerve block. My wife convinced me to see Dr. Holmes to see if there might be something he could do to help. I have only had 3 treatments and it is too soon to tell if this treatment is going to help but Dr. Holmes is very confident that I am going to get better and he said he isn’t going to give up on me. I am very glad that I can to see Dr. Holmes.

I have been to several chiropractors, the team at Elite work together to help you fix the problem permanently without the use of fast, jarring manipulations that can leave you sore for days. I absolutely love it here! When you walk in you are greeted by the wonderful receptionist and the guys are great! Being pregnant and needing constant continuous care and trying to find a place that can treat you the way you are in need of being treated is a challenge. I really like this practice and am glad I picked it. The New Castle office has a pretty broad range of up-to-date services and you see the same chiropractor each time which is great for continuity of care. I also like that they adjust and provide strengthening exercises because you can’t fix issues without strengthening weak areas. My only challenge/issue was balancing the exercises they suggested with physical therapy for a bad knee and not overdoing the core exercises.

The experience I had my first visit was like no other experience! I injured myself early that morning and called Elite first thing and Meghan got me in within 2 hours! She also assisted me with all my paperwork because my tech skills fell short! Upon arrival I was greeted with smiles and welcoming faces! The doctor was completely attentive and gentle while working with me. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it beforehand. He and his trainer helped me work through some exercises I could do to prevent this issue. At no time did I ever feel rushed out the door or that I couldn’t ask more questions or for more details. I had recently lost my prior chiropractor due to the office moving far away. I was nervous going somewhere else but it was such a great experience I don’t mind the change!

The staff at Elite Sports and Spine are extremely professional, kind, and patient. My 13 year old daughter went to this place based on a recommendation. She had a severe sprain 2 weeks ago. They have been doing many scientific, advanced therapies that have made her ankle progress to the better. Laser therapy has been one of those therapies. The staff explain the process and will listen when treatment modifications need made. Thank you to all the staff for making our daughter feel welcome.

I am so glad my daughter n I decided to go here.Dr Holmes is so kind, and explains everything so well. Takes the time to listen to your needs, and creates a plan to help you reach your goals. I went in with my back throbbing, and walked out with 95% correction. Been great since. The therapy guys are amazing as well. Seem to really care about their patients. I had heard excellent reviews from family and friends prior to my decision to have physical therapy for my recent knee surgery. It was a very easy decision to choose Elite….it is a very friendly atmosphere. I have only been receiving therapy for two weeks and I am feeling great! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who requires physical therapy. Their knowledge coupled with some of latest techniques available make it an excellent choice.

Today was my fourth visit with Dr. Holmes, I am extremely pleased with the services and care that he has provided for me thus far. The enthusiasm and pride for his work radiates through during your appointment. He offers advice, and exercises to help during the rehabilitation process, as well as takes his time understanding your chief complaint and possible limitations. Dr. Holmes always explains what he is doing and why it is being done. This is something I admire about his practice. The staff is wonderful and the office is always very clean and comfortable. We have been going to Dr. Holmes for several years. He has helped rehab our daughter who had been suffering due to her athletic career. He helped both my husband our son-in-law recover from terrible back pain. Both my parents went to Dr. Holmes and found relief. I have had excellent results with wrist pain and lower back/hip pain. Dr. Holmes’ approach to pain relief is based on sound practice. Best of all, he doesn’t keep making you come back when you no longer need treatment.

The staff here are great! Dr. Braudis and Dr. Holmes are amazing and have been very helpful throughout all of my appointments. Dr. Braudis has been my regular doctor and while visiting him, he makes you feel like a valued patient and also a friend. I hurt my shoulder and was referred to Elite by a co-worker. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming! I felt like part of a family since the first visit. Doc REALLY helped relieve the rib and shoulder pain I was/am having. Even set me up with a home stretch/exercise plan to maintain my relief. Office staff Megan was also very friendly and personable. ( probably deserves a raise. ) I would give five stars but nobody gets five stars, always room to improve.

I would recommend Elite sports and spine to anyone! Dr. Holmes has helped me understand my pain and what we can do to help it. I have hip dysplasia and was convinced I needed a hip replacement soon. He went over my x-rays with me and took the time to explain them to me. He showed me I don’t need a hip replacement anytime soon and there are things I can do to relieve some of this pain. They truly want to help there patients They are very thorough and a it’s a wonderful environment.

I recently was having very nagging lower back issues. Attempting very basic daily functions like putting on my socks and shoes was challenging because of my back pain. In less than 4 weeks Dr. Darren Holmes had me feeling as good as new. Dr. Holmes took time to explain what the issue was, along with his plan to get me back to normal. this place is amazing, they are great at what they do and they always explain everything. they don’t just crack you and send you out they focus on your problem area, and teach you how to build muscle there to prevent it from coming back. i was having SEVERE jaw pain and was already feeling better than i was after one appointment. they are super nice also. i really recommend this place.

SUPER happy with this place. I was having a lot of lower back & sciatica pain. It hurt to walk or do any kind of activity. Dr. Holmes is excellent! He is thorough & friendly. He had me come a couple times a week & I feel great now. Zero pain. He’s also treating me for headaches & I felt a lot of relief after the first session. I saw Dr. Braudis today & he is great as well. The whole staff is wonderful. Also, the reclining chairs are super comfy 🤌 10/10 recommend if you need excellent chiropractic care!

Elite Sports has been fantastic with helping my son rehab a sprained ankle. He is a high school student athlete and Dr. Holmes and his staff have been very accommodating with a very busy school and practice schedule. They were able to get him an appointment quickly so he could return to play. We were very impressed with Dr. Holmes knowledge and treatment plan to get our son quickly back to top performance. The laser therapy treatments made a big difference in treating his sprained ankle. My son felt an improvement very soon after the first treatment. You get much more here than just a regular chiropractor. It has been a positive experience for my son and I would highly recommend Elite Sports and Spine as a treatment option.

I never go to any kind of doctors but my back and neck was making me miserable and finally worked up the will to go. As soon as I walked in I immediately felt welcomed. The receptionist was absolutely the kindest and friendliest woman I’ve met up here since I’ve moved here. And the doctor was very kind and helpful for my questions ands concerns and after he help relieve some pain in my neck and back it was like a weight was lifted that I’ve been caring for 13 years. First off the staff is extremely friendly and professional. have been having some serious lower back pain for a couple years and would get a tingling burning sensation in my left leg, got an mri and it came back clear tried physical therapy, it helped temporarily but always came back. My boss sent me to Elite sports and spine and I couldn’t be happier Dr. Holmes figured my problem out. My S I joint was out of place and it caused piriformis muscle to strain and tighten up to were it was extremely painful.

I have been to many chiropractors over the years and many of them were very good but they were all the same in their approach. They asked where the problem was, did light stretching and then an adjustment. After a few appointments the pain was gone.When I first sat down with Dr. Holmes I knew almost immediately this practice was going to be different. He asked the basic questions but then started to dive more into the pain and what was causing it. He began manipulating my lower body taking note of how I moved and what my reaction was. He went further into what was causing the pain than any other practice had ever done. He did some minor manipulation and then explained and showed me what he thought the problem was from the testing he had done.Dr. Holmes sat with me an explained what was going on and what was causing the pain. He went into great depth in his explanation making sure that I was on the same page and understood. He gave me some exercises that I could do at home to help speed up my recovery and create a long term solution to my lower back pain and just not a band-aide to cover it up for the time being.I now look forward to going to the chiropractor knowing that I am building on my solution and creating a better life for myself.Thank you,Jason Pacchioni
